Your story Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in retail marketing and visual merchandising, with a sophisticated understanding of trend forecasting and brand storytelling. Experience in the sports or retail industry is preferred. An exceptional eye for creativity and aesthetics, with a proven ability to elevate a brand image through premium retail experiences. Demonstrated success in managing agency partnerships and driving results through external collaborators. Experience managing multi-channel retail experiences (owned and franchise) and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy to drive sales. - A proven track record of developing and executing successful, high-quality retail marketing campaigns. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to change and driving innovation.
