Analyze, evaluate, and develop forecasting models and identify to management potential areas of opportunities and risks. Contribute to key GTM milestones including long-range plan, seasonal OTB and margin management. Proactively manage wholesale business with data insights (Gross to Net, Rebate, inventory and Sell-out/Sell-thru) Lead periodic financial reviews, provide insightful performance analysis vs. plan, forecast and historical data and drive for actions. Develop and document complex financial models to support short-term and long-term business decisions. Contribute to finance transformation and capability improvement, drive continuous simplification and process improvement.     Role & Responsibilities: Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position): The Finance Business Process Manager - R2R supports the S/4 Business Transformation by managing and optimizing Record to Report processes (e.g., general ledger, financial close, consolidation, reporting) within SAP S/4HANA. This role collaborates with the Finance Business Process Owner, finance teams, and the PMO to ensure seamless process integration, data migration, and adoption, driving standardization and compliance across VF's APAC region. Key Result Areas: Statutory, Tax Reporting: Support the R2R Business Process Owner in designing and implementing processes to meet local statutory filing and tax filing (e.g., VAT, corporate tax), leveraging S/4HANA's reporting capabilities. Process Design & Implementation: Partner with the Finance Business Process Owner to define detailed processes (L4-L6) for general ledger, financial close, consolidation, and reporting within S/4HANA. Data Conversion & Migration: Collaborate with the finance team to design and execute data conversion strategies, ensuring accurate migration of financial data (e.g., chart of accounts, trial balances) into S/4HANA. Training, Testing & Cutover: Develop training materials, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and contribute to cutover planning to ensure a smooth transition to S/4HANA R2R processes. Process Optimization: Leverage S/4HANA and other finance technology capabilities (e.g. Blackline) to streamline R2R processes and enhance financial visibility. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between finance teams and the S/4 program, resolving process gaps and ensuring alignment with business requirements. Compliance & Standardization: Ensure R2R processes meet regulatory standards (e.g., US GAAP, China GAAP) Competency Requirements: Leadership & communication skills Strong leadership to guide finance teams through process and system changes. Excellent communication to align technical, business, and regulatory stakeholders. Proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on delivering compliant outcomes. Organizational transformation skills Expertise in finance process management within ERP environments. Ability to document and implement detailed process flows (L4-L6). Experience supporting statutory and tax compliance in a transformation context. Domain knowledge Deep knowledge of R2R processes (general ledger, financial close, consolidation, reporting). Familiarity with local statutory filing, tax filing (e.g., VAT, corporate tax) requirements in Asia Pacific. Understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., US GAAP, China GAAP). Technology awareness Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, Blackline, Lease Accounting Software and BPC. Functional Competencies Strong analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. Expertise in integrating regulatory requirements into ERP processes. Experience 6+ years in finance, with 3+ years in R2R within an ERP environment (SAP S/4HANA or ECC preferred). Proven experience supporting local statutory filing and tax filing in a regional context. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing R2R processes during a large-scale transformation. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on data migration, training, and compliance. Academic Qualifications Minimum: Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or related field Subject Expert In: Finance, Business Process Management, ERP Systems Certifications Required: CPA is an advantage.
