This role focuses on driving value, ensuring compliance, and establishing strong supplier relationships to support the diverse needs of the organization within the APAC market with China and Real estate as a focus. Your story - 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience in indirect procurement, with a strong focus onChina and the APAC region preferred. - Proven track record of managing complex sourcing projects and achieving significant cost savings. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed procurement decisions. - Deep understanding of the Real Estate category within APAC Supply market including cultural nuances and regulatory requirements. - Experience with e-procurement tools and systems like Coupa is a requirement. - Native Chinese Speaker, and fluency in English is required; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
