职位描述

Overview As a digital native and marketer at ELC, you will be responsible for eCommerce business for selected Brands across Asia Pacific, navigating our online brand platforms' growth, managing operation excellence, collaborating with external and internal business stakeholders to boost marketing effectiveness and accelerate brand growth. What You Will Achieve As part of our dynamic team, you will: Plan, manage and execute short- and long-term eCommerce strategy and roadmap in line with Brand and Affiliate strategy; Evaluate and monitor online consumer engagement and drive site traffic, conversion and sales on our Brands' eCommerce-enabled websites by understanding channel differentiation and unique merchandising; Liaise with Global, Regional and Affiliate stakeholders to establish and manage eCommerce activities to achieve operational effectiveness; Achieve Brands' 360 collaboration or/and Omni channel opportunities to drive eCommerce business; Build and maintain relationships and communication channels with Brands and Corporate teams and manage multiple vendor and agency relationships; Strategically support Brands in Digital Marketing activities (e.g. Social Media) to ensure tight integration between eCommerce-specific and Brands' wider Digital activities that contribute to overall site traffic.
