职位描述

Job Responsibility:
o Work with cross functional team to lead Supply Chain initiatives for customer
o Build relationships with key customers and external partners to drive account development aligned with the commercial strategy
o Drive the process for incorporating the operations and supply chain areas (order management, deliveries, value-added services, etc.) into the overall customer management process, from customer strategic planning through in-season execution.
o Lead NIKE teams and customers to achieve mutually agreed operations plans.
o Act as the voice of the customer to influence NIKE capability development and service offerings.
o Manage and coordinate the implementation of operational capabilities and services with key customers.
o Monitor and manage performance against service level agreements from both a NIKE and customer point of view.
o Find supply chain improvement opportunities by analyzing routine operation performance result

职位要求

Job Qualification:
- Above 5 years' retail operation/supply chain experience in a major consumer driven MNC (FMCG, Consumer Durables/Electronics);
- Ability to work across multiple functions and drive action via the consensus and alignment with multiple internal (Sales, Customer, Customer Service (CS), S&C, Logistic team, etc.) & external teams (3rd Party vendors);
- Ability to clearly articulate goals and objective; work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group;
- Ability to network, influence, and utilize internal and external resources;
- Strongly data analytical skills with excellent Excel skill setup;
- Fluent English is a must for the role, both written and spoken.
