This position of logistics coordinator is focused on Import & Export activities management and enhancement. Our goal is to drive performance excellence, creating value through continuous improvement, while optimizing cost and sustainability. This role will be part of Trade and Logistics operation delivering effective solution and ensure customs compliance results with proper process execution.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage customs broker for I & E activities to support compliant customs declaration in an efficient way.
- Implement FTA execution in accordance with the customs principle and rules.
- Ownership of customs documentation, to manage data & documents of pre-entry, customs entry and post-entry are accurate and consistent.
- To support ad-hoc customs regular health check.
- To support monthly self-check on data quality to ensure customs broker is applying for ultimate quality practice in daily customs declaration.
- Be a team member to participate in Nike projects and standing at professional position to contribute operational insights.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream functions to provide smooth communication and peak season/urgent supporting.
Job Qualification:
- Minimum 2years experience in Customs/Trade compliance, retail industry is preferred.
- Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in diversify environment.
- Strong willingness to collaborate and optimize customs operation objectives.
- Experience in using process driven and analytical approaches to drive business objective.
- Working knowledge of customs operation, data analysis and statistics.
