- Advertorial & editorial placement for brand/product with a strategical vertical thinking for defined brand/product strategy & objectives
- Comprehensive action plans for all related Performance Marketing (BB, FB and ES) projects in relation to Brand Campaigns and Product releases; Comprehensive Performance Marketing (BB, FB and ES) action plans that maximize visibility and buzz of global/local assets and products for desirability
- Strong media relations and insight, effective PR angle/story to drive awareness and buzz during key campaigns/events
- Comprehensive Performance Marketing (BB, FB and ES) actions plans across different media channels including digital platforms
- Comprehensive strategical seeding strategy for key opinion leaders/ influencers/media/celebrities to drive brand heat
- Coordinate with channel teams including retail, merchandising and EC teams to ensure all communication materials are implemented and maintained in line with the marketing campaign plan are visible in the channel used in appropriate ways and withdrawn in a timely manner
- Coordinate with various internal teams in delivering effective marketing communications and event strategy for product brands by using all relevant communication platforms
- Supervising with agencies to make sure campaign deliveries - creative & event executions, negotiates and develops quotations with vendors by setting clear objectives and expectations with the utmost integrity
- Coordinate with partner and/or agency in daily sports-marketing communication and management in football/basketball/esports categories; assist to compose the local sports-marketing strategy and working-plan with players, clubs, contests and partners
- Follows, maximizes and controls the budget as set according to the Marketing Plan, plans & monitors budget expenses within team including proper management & control respecting company's financial guidelines; manage financial documentation & processes in relation to usage of budget as set by finance dept by maintaining & managing the usage / tracking of budget in an orderly / systematic approach with utmost integrity
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Communication or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sportswear marketing
- Familiar with sportswear industry and brands
- Familiar with top sports IPs as NBA, CBA, Euro football, LPL, LOL Worlds etc.
- Solid experience in BB or FB FTW launching
- MUST have passion for BB and FB; MUST be a sneakerhead
- Good interpersonal/communication skills, team player with inspirational attitude and open-mindedness
- Able to multi-task and attention to detail
- Effective in time management
- Proactive and taking initiative
