- Support daily HR operation in PRC region;
- Support team leader and be deeply involved in the whole cycle of HR full function;
- Assist team leader on the various HR initiatives, projects and programs;
- Work closely with business lines on all HR matters including recruitment, training and development, employee relationship, staff engagement and etc.);
- Maintain and compile regular HR statistics and reports;
- Build good working relationships with all related department ,and always conduct oneself in a professional manner;
- Answer staff enquiries related to all HR issues in a timely manner;
- Manage external admin and service provider;
- Other assigned works from leader.
- Bachelor's degree required, major in HR / psychology or related
- At least 3+ years working experience in HR functions
- Good team player, detailed-oriented with patience ,well communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required
- Fluency in English (required), Cantonese is plus
- Unquestionable integrity
