-Understand business and keep finding solution to balance image &
business

-Design background is must-have
-Creative with strong beauty sense
-Around 3 years of design experience ( cosmetics preferred)
-Demonstrate strong initiatives, ownership and accountability for
projects
-good communication and presentation skill
-Capable to work under pressure
-Fluent in Mandarin and English
