Based in Shanghai, you will be part of the regional team overviewing the operations with a Tmall China focus in a first stage.

Main responsibilities include:
-Tmall marketing budget and performance goals
•Manage Tmall Partner (TP) to develop and execute growth optimization strategies
•Set and manage annual and monthly budget for Tmall
•Monitor and optimize monthly marketing KPIs for Tmall promotional campaigns and adspend, Tmall paid traffic, revenue, ROI performance and define strategic plans/actions to optimize funnel accordingly

-Tmall Marketing Calendar
•Work closely with the Marketing and E-commerce Manager to establish and maintain overall Tmall Roadmap
•Align with brand marketing to leverage branding campaigns or initiatives to run promotions that lift Tmall traffic and sales: coordinate delivery of assets with Tmall on an on-going basis
•Develop and manage go to market calendar for new seasonal launches on Tmall
•Collaborate with Tmall operations team to plan and execute key online shopping festivals

-Business Leadership :
•Develop strong relationships with Tmall’s partner to identify new marketing opportunities and execute them
•Challenge Tmall partner & Alibaba to implement the strategic vision of ba&sh brand in China

-Work collaboratively and globally :
•Understand the great picture and objectives of the whole business
•Work with Shanghai office and HK office team to define and communicate clear strategic plans on what our Tmall marketing and growth initiatives should be
•Provide feedbacks and recommendations to the regional team


  • University graduate in business with specialization in digital/e-commerce
  • Native Mandarin speaker, fluency in written and spoken English 
  • 2 years’ experience in e-commerce management especially with 3rd party marketplaces: Tmall (Amazon, JD.com, Mei.com is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines concurrently; effective use of time management and prioritization skills
  • Work well under pressure with limited timelines
  • Independent, well-organized, team spirit
