Customer Service Manager - Topsports

职位描述

* Manage account or internal order book to ensure data entry accuracy and on time
* Partner with Account Management team to understand the customer needs, play as a key window to connect with supply chain team to fulfill the customer demand and maximize the revenue
* Track the progress on the order fulfillment and drive the efforts cross-functionally to ensure coverage and shipment rate
* Manage the customer return and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Act as a front window to communicate the products related issue and co-ordinate the internal resolution.
* Co-ordinate needs from multiple channels for order allocation against ATP and high heat products
* Develop a high performing Customer Service team by hiring top talent, setting clear goals, maximizing development opportunities and driving performance management
* Proactively address issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation.
* Be the owner of SAP system enhancements related to OTC, coordinate testing and training.
* Drive continuous process improvements within the team and contribute to key Supply Chain projects.

职位要求

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, logistics, general management or a related field
* At least 5 years' managerial experience in a retail operations environment/ FMCG is essential
* Familiar with SAP and MS office
* Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of process-flow through supply chain
* Ability to solve complex problems; take a new perspective using existing solutions
* Proven ability to present plans and make recommendations to management
* Self- motivated and enjoys working in a fast pacing environment
* Team-leader with passion to develop and grow team members.
