Key Partnerships:
* Nike Women's Brand team, Merchandise, Planning & Insights
* Brand Management Teams: Men's, Kid's, BAPE (Brand Narrative, Athlete, Purpose & Experiences), Catalyst and Beijing City team
* Marketing Functions: Consumer Direct Marketing, One Creative, Brand Media, Sports Marketing, Communications, Brand Planning & Operations
* Nike Women's Global team
Core Responsibilities:
*
Develop, set & lead the vision & strategy for a Sport Dimension and/or Consumer Concept (LTCC) with clear KPI for women's sport lifestyle, built on consumer insights, data & membership input. Managing the gender & marketplace opportunities and at the same time maintain close partnership with Global brand team to provide a Geo POV on global brand strategies, fueled by local consumer and marketplace
*
Lead & drive annual brand plan with seasonal chapters & full flywheel deliverables across dimension/gender, in partnership with Creative & Digital Platform Team to deliver an integrated 020 consumer journey, co-ordinate with M/K team to drive efficiency + alignment * Act as a thought-leader and expert on the female consumer; informed by strong understanding of consumer insights, motivations & needs
* Partner with Women's brand directors (Sport + Lifestyle segments) to deliver integrated and aligned consumer & member's journey
* Collaborate with Insights function to drive insight integration, establish learning agendas, and identify new spaces & opportunities
* Partnership with merchandising teams to support product positioning, product lifecycle and drive strong product marketing strategies.
* Partnership with Brand Management Team covers Mens, Kids, Brand Narrative & Catalysts team, to represent the Women's POV and drive / support initiatives
* Support against seasonal CODE gates & deliverables, to drive seasonal readiness.

Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a business-related discipline
* Minimum 8 years brand marketing experience
* Experience managing direct reports with a background in fostering continuous learning, empowerment and individual development
* Knowledge of the local market, industry & communities
Preferred:
* Experience leading brand campaigns targeting the female consumer
* Experience working in sport / women's related industries
