About the Total Rewards Operations team
The Total Rewards Operations team manages the day to day operations of Nike's Compensation and Benefits programs across the Asia Pacific region. We put our employees at the center of everything we do
About the role
At Nike we see our Operations function as a source of competitive advantage. As our Total Rewards Operations Consultant for Greater China, you'll report to the Total Rewards Operations Director, Asia Pacific.
In this role you'll have to develop a strong understanding of our Total Rewards programs and practices. You'll need to bring your expertise in compensation and benefits administration, focus on delivering exceptional employee experience, and a natural curiosity to explore and solve problems that haven't been addressed before. To be effective you'll possess a high degree of comfort with ambiguity, an ability to simplify the complex and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Although it's an individual role, this role is expected acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may direct the work of other staff members. Most importantly, you should be very excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact at Nike.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor effectiveness of existing global Total Rewards policies, guidelines, and processes; provide recommendations for evolution
- Implement operational roadmap for regional and global compensation and benefits programs and processes; working with program design COE, vendors and other key stakeholders
- Oversee aspects of annual compensation planning and open enrollment events including system and process readiness and execution
- Monitor vendor effectiveness and actively manage partners to maintain high satisfaction for Nike and employees
- Partnering with TR Operations Director, Asia Pacific, provide thought leadership and direction on compensation and benefits program administration for Greater China and partner with program design team and peers on implementation and ongoing management of new Total Rewards programs
- Manage program governance, key performance indicators and service level agreements to ensure effective ongoing program administration
- Stay current on compensation and benefits related legislation to ensure compliance with applicable requirements

职位要求

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. 7-9 years of increasing responsibility and experience in global compensation and/or benefits operations and/or program design
3. Goal-oriented with ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an evolving work environment
4. Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with peers to deliver solutions that are aligned to strategy, support business objectives, and meet all legal requirements
5. Demonstrated project management, vendor management experience.
6. Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (experience with Workday is a plus)
7. Language requirement (e.g. Fluency in English required.)
