职位描述

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This position is to drive excellent HR operations and employee experience as the primary point of contact for the below areas in adidas Hong Kong Office and Retail population:

  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • Personal data and document management
  • Courier & mailing
Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete all administrative tasks and logistics of the defined services independently include but not limit to onboarding, offboarding, mobility, benefit management, and achieve the Global Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements;
  • Manage HR documentation including filing, scanning, collection and dispatch in timely and accurate manner;
  • Coordinate among local HR, HR Services sand employee to ensure smooth communication & prompt resolution of employees' administrative requests;
  • Coordinate the document authorization logistics with stakeholders, e.g. retail stores, tax, bank, agency and other external parties;
  • Support document courier and mailing;
  • Ensure operation compliance with legal requirements and internal policies;
  • Escalate the risks and updates to team leader on a timely manner;
  • Proactively identify the process improvement to achieve employees satisfactory and higher efficiency;
  • Other ad-hoc request per business needs.

  • Governmental institutions and authorities, e.g. Labour Dept, Inland Revenue Dept, Mandatory Provident Fund Authority
  • External consultants / Vendors, e.g. External Auditors, Insurance Companies, brokers and etc
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in MS-Office applications (Word and Excel);
  • Experience with business computing solutions, ideally also with SAP-HR;
  • Subject matter expert in HR administration related processes;
  • Good service mindset, people focus and self-motivated;
  • Strong mindset in process improvement and continuous efficiency;
  • Good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented and well organized.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar function for a multi-national company
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Best knowledge of business needs, company policy, local labor law and HR regulations
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
