职位描述

Reporting to the Marketing Director, Jo Malone London, APAC, you will provide holistic & strategic marketing direction and execution support to APAC markets through continued partnerships with Global, Regional and local market stakeholders. You will tailor regional marketing initiatives and toolkits to meet market needs, while protecting the Jo Malone London brand equity and ensuring execution excellence of the brand. You will have the support from an Assistant Product Marketing Manager. What You Will Achieve Lead and define the overall brand category and product strategy in APAC to continuously win over competition, grow market share and strengthen the brand equities in the region Provide marketing direction and execution support to the markets across product categories Track and evaluate the performance of respective categories, provide recommendations and work with Marketing and Brand leads to set objectives for respective category growth Work with Global Marketing team and Regional Marketing Director to design the appropriate forecast guidelines and ensure guidelines are implemented correctly in the markets with the support of the Regional Demand Planning team Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate functions in 360 and Omni Go-To-Market Strategy Analyze sell-in and sell-through information, market feedback and competitor information, as well as pre- and post-mortem marketing analysis of key launch programs Assist in annual pricing reviews, VM reviews and marketing collaterals for the Region Q
