In a fast paced and dynamic team, you will lead Tom Ford Beauty's marketing strategy and provide execution support to APAC markets through continued partnerships with Global, Regional and local market teams. You will tailor and initiate regional marketing programs to meet regional and local needs, while protecting Tom Ford Beauty's brand equity and ensuring execution excellence. The position directly reports to the Marketing Director, Tom Ford Beauty, Asia Pacific. What You Will Achieve Product Marketing: own and lead key product categories, work with global teams to ensure APAC consumer relevancy in managing the innovation pipeline and new product development processes, work with regional supply and demand teams to drive forecast accuracy, perform pricing strategies, and identify sampling and channel strategies Consumer Engagement: lead the development of 360 omnichannel go-to-market activation plans, develop regional briefs to ensure key messaging and assets cater to APAC consumers and omnichannel journey, address gaps and local market needs, lead and manage media spend to maximize earned, paid and owned channel exposure & initiatives Analysis and Reporting: oversee market, category and product reports to educate brand, perform strategic planning and identify opportunities via Beaute research reports, key program post launch reports and media tracking Champion team spirit and collaboration between cross functions across Education, Online and VM Be guiding example and mentor for Marketing Executive in nurturing skills and capability Lead monthly calls and communications with global and markets to drive process and smooth operations Q
