Senior Manager Transformation And Category Execution

职位描述

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The Transformation and Category Execution function is a newly built function and is to play a key role in enabling category excellence in the market by (1) developing detailed annual strategies and closely monitoring their execution, (2) establishing consistent and focused feedback loops with global teams, (3) driving fast-paced transformation projects.

As Senior Manager for Transformation and Category Execution, you will be responsible for shaping a category excellence framework to ensure we present ourselves as a brand in a consistent way to the consumer across all consumer touchpoints. In this role, you will partner with a wide range of stakeholders: Marketing, Product, and Omni Buy teams will be the key interaction partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of detailed annual category strategies, leveraging existing insights (consumer, marketplace and commercial) and partnering with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., BU, BA, etc.)
  • Lead category and brand transformation projects, that are top priority for SLT or where a strong business need has been identified (in collaboration with global and GCA teams)
  • Develop concise, actionable, and prioritized actions to ensure we present ourselves as a brand in a consistent way to the consumer across all consumer touchpoints
  • Follow through identified cross-functional actions across seasons with relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree required, with 8+ years in consumer industry
  • Multi-national background and sensitive in cross-culture environment
  • Curious and passionate about product and marketing and how we as a Brand can make an impact in consumers' lives
  • Ambitious with track record in creating impact
Hard Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking and stamina to push things through against adversity
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders
  • Experience in planning and managing complexity across teams while achieving alignment
  • Strong market and industry awareness
Soft Skills:

  • Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable presenting both in person and remotely
  • Collaborative, able to build strong relationships quickly
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Mandarin language skills beneficial
