Job description:

* Lead negotiation with Landlord for NIKE Direct projects, including new concept stores and existing fleet maintenance
* Co-ordinate with cross functional teams and landlord to ensure the store opening process smoothly
* Internal cross functional communication and alignment for all new projects
* Closely working with internal teams on projects approval process
* Relocation and renewal projects landlord negotiations

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above with good language skill * 5 years above Real Estate experience with good negotiation skill; Retail industry background is highly appreciated * Strong communication skill, ability to deal with multiple tasks and connect internal process * Highly organized and detail oriented * A growth mindset with curiosity to understand the latest company strategy with the ability to handling complicated projects
