SUMMARY
- Highly proficient Brand Communication Manager with an exceptional grasp of the intricacies of human nature and the consumer truths of Gen Z.
- Must possess an unparalleled global trend and sports perspective, coupled with a robust comprehension of local trends.
- Demonstrable capability to adopt a global lens, particularly concerning North America and the GCA.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is an imperative requirement, given the need for bilingual communication skills.
- Profound storytelling capabilities and the ability to craft narratives from inception are vital attributes.
- Previous involvement in the fashion apparel sector, product creation, or equivalent product management experience is mandatory.
- A success track record of serving top innovative global brands, including Apple, Nike, or luxury brands, is highly advantageous.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Lead strategic planning of adidas sportswear BRAND STRATEGY from 2024 to 2025, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate objectives and deep-rooted consumer insights.
2) Act as creative leadership own CREATIVE PLANNING, crafting ingenious communication strategies that resonate profoundly with the target audience and elevate brand prominence.
3) Act as owner of STRATEGIC PROJECT LEAD for China for China project and FAST TRACK. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to propel forward strategic initiatives that coalesce seamlessly with overarching business goals.
4) Act as leader FUTURE STYLE, staying ahead of industry trends, discerning evolving consumer preferences, and embracing nascent technologies to architect the brand's forthcoming style direction.

KEY CRITERIA
- Education with major in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines.
- 7 years proven experience in marketing, PR or media communication
- Demonstrated experience in Fashion retail/Luxury/Lifestyle/MNC will be an asset.
- Passion for the Fashion industry and brand and demonstrated good sense on fashion and trend will be value add.
- Result oriented and proactive.
- Able to handle stress from timeline and working scope.
- Attention to details and sensitive to finance data.
- Candidate of Global MBA program degree is preferred.
- Native speaking in English & Chinese-Mandarin.
- Good presenter and be able to present in high stake meeting.
- Demonstrate critical thinking ability, identifies critical issues with logic, judgement, and data to evaluate alternatives and recommends solutions.
- Out of box /forward thinking, sensitive to new trend and be able to translate to meaningful new ideas, forms, methods, interpretations, etc.
