Responsible for managing Luxury brands customer database, as well as omni-channel strategic planning and execution of annual CRM strategy and CRM program. To successfully enhance consumer requisition and new recruitment, loyalty and retention rate at omni-channel platforms, while improving customer experience in responding to customer lifecycle/ journey of the brand. Reporting to the CRM Director and collaborating closely with our Brand Marketing, Ecommerce and Commercial functions and global team.

Responsible for managing Luxury brands customer database, as well as omni-channel strategic planning and execution of annual CRM strategy and CRM program. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To leverage POS system, ECRM system and vendors to build and manage a new customer database that integrates Offline and Online brand platforms as datahub.
- Use data and analytical techniques to draw customer insights from the customer database and other possible data sources, build customer lifecycle model, define customer segmentation and translate customer insights into actionable recommendations
- Work closely with internal and external partners to build big data solutions for both online and offline integrating channels such as Department Stores, Boutiques, TMALL.com, JD.com, WeChat, and others.
- To lead, plan and implement key CRM campaigns in line with each major product campaign to meet measurable KPIs & deliverables: star products, sampling etc.
- Drive key CRM KPIs such as New Recruitment, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, and others
- Design metrics for CRM analysis of "New Retail" behaviors in an 020 setting
- Supervise and manage related agencies on project planning and implementation within budget.
- Liaise with CRM agency and WeChat content agency to develop CRM content calendar and ensure high-quality execution from creative to post-tracking
- Benchmark against competitors, provide insights on their behavior
- To provide timely CRM KPI report and consumer insights analysis to top-management and other divisions for knowledge sharing with well budget controlling.
- University Education in Business Management, or related fields
- 5+ years' experience in CRM and/or Ecommerce management
- Working for CRM in EC channel is a must
- Individual contributor with a "Win for the Team" mentality, able to drive projects independently
- Strong communicator, comfortable in collaborating with multi-function teams
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Beauty industry experience is an advantage
