What You Will Achieve
  • Over-seeing a channel portfolio, responsible for formulating strategic retail marketing plan for achieving brand business objective and sales target. Ensure the implementation is in a timely and quality manner by guiding and monitoring his/her team in execution. Monitor result and share learnings afterwards.
  • To build and maintain relationship with retailers, external and internal stakeholders for exploring and identifying business opportunities.
  • Over-seeing a product portfolio including sellable products, sample and GWPs, responsible for current and new product forecasting. Proactively manage forecast, ensure it reflects the latest consumer and market trend; and aligned with budget. Review respective KPIs regularly and develop respective action plans if necessary.
  • In-charge of developing and executing integrated marketing campaign from concept stage on selected product.
  • Compiles and analyses the market intelligence, happenings, consumer trends, etc. Regular monitor and compare competitiveness among core competitors at core channels. Consolidate information and extract learnings, incorporate them into planning and regular reporting.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

  • University graduate. Major in Marketing or business related disciplines is definitely a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in cosmetic/beauty industry
  • Strong analytical and logical mindset with good numerical sense
  • With entrepreneurial spirit; pro-active, result-oriented and strive for excellence.
  • Proficient in multi-tasking, project management and multi-function co-ordination.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, open to new ideas and attention to details
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English; Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Chinese typing.
