Job Description What you will do?You, as subject matter expert, is responsible for the procurement strategy in your region and you implement the strategy together with your markets.- You are responsible for setting and developing the guidelines, standards and tools.- You collaborate with market C&F teams and group expansion to secure the best procurement.You support all markets and brands within the region.Strategy and Decision Making- You work in close collaboration with the Regional Construction and Facilities team to set the procurement strategy for your markets and clearly communicate this to all stakeholders.- You manage strategic governance of market agreements through constant follow-up and strategic meetings with major vendors.- You set necessary goals and KPI's for procurement and supplier management. You will drive actions and follow-up results on a quarterly and yearly basis.- You participate in developing and keeping audits and assessments (material and execution) up to date regarding procurement.Guidelines, standards and tools- You manage, with support from Group Expansion, procurement tools and templates (in LIMA and outside) such as the RFI/RFP templates and agreement templates.- You review, update and draft all general documentation to support the C&F teams in your markets, in partnership with the legal department.- You act as subject matter expert and support all parts of the organisation in procurement related matters.- You co-create procurement guidelines and ensure markets are up to speed with the latest requirements.- You educate your market teams in the field of procurement and in negotiations.Collaboration- You work closely with all your markets, ensuring understanding of the procurement strategy as well as goals and targets.- You work in close collaboration with Group Expansion to secure your regional procurement strategy is in line with the group strategy.- You are representing your region in procurement forums and act as a speaking partner towards other functions.

Qualifications
Who you are?- Degree in Law, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.- All types of procurement certifications are meriting.- Procurement.- Negotiation.- Supplier Management.- Knowledge in MS Office, more specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams.- Can understand, read, speak and write English at an advanced level. - At least 5 years of relevant working experience.- Retail Construction and/or Facility Management background is meriting.- Experience from setting and implementing procurement strategies.- Experience from working in an international, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and seniority levels.
