Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, La Mer, APAC, you will provide product marketing direction and execution support to APAC markets. You will tailor and support Regional marketing strategies to regional and local needs, while protecting the La Mer brand equity and ensuring execution excellence of the brand. You will provide analysis and feedback to Global Marketing on latest product initiatives. What You Will Achieve Contribute to the development of Product Marketing strategies for the Region Develop Product Marketing category analysis to guide the La Mer brand and provide actionable steps to impact business and ensure information is shared among cross-functional teams on Global, Regional and Local levels Work with Regional Consumer Engagement Manager to develop new product launch books for the Region in addition to Global guidelines to maximize regional relevancy Partner with Regional Design Center to manage visual merchandising, and Regional Corporate Marketing team to manage product related CRM programs Work with Regional Demand Planning and Global Marketing teams to design the appropriate forecast guideline for new product launches and ensure guidelines are implemented correctly in the markets Analyze sell-in and sell-through information, Beaute Research data, mix of business and market feedback to identify Regional needs and opportunities Assist in annual pricing reviews, VM reviews and marketing collaterals for the Region Q
