Purpose of the Role:
To ensure season business, key campaigns and key projects are smoothly and efficiently aligned & executed among platforms and x-functional teams.
Job Responsibility:
* Project Management: Manage X-platform or X-functional projects, including but not limited to drive collaboration and alignment with all relevant stakeholders to ensure program efficiency and drive end-to-end projects.
* Process Excellence: Optimize business processes with by aligning with internal and other NDDC teams. Before standard processes built, ensure all workstream are fully aligned cross own digital platforms and functional teams. Manage Own Digital platforms key working timeline, support seasonal planning & hindsight, and ensure smooth CODE execution in line with overall NDDC teams.
* Campaign Management: Manage key cross platform campaign planning from mechanism alignment, cross team briefing, status tracking and hindsight, to ensure trackable, transparent, and actionable communication among platforms and functional teams to maximize business opportunities.
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to building a strong business plan based on NDDC strategy with local market. Support team setting OKR, KPI and ROI to optimize business efficiency.

Job Qualification: * Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years of program management and strategy background. * Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict. * Highly analytical with ability to leverage decision support tools and analytic models to drive data-driven decision making. * Strong problem-solving skills with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. * Be enthusiastic and dedicated on delivering value added initiatives and/or projects. * Strong oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and making recommendations. * Solid skills with Microsoft Office suite.
