Job Accountabilities:

Lead Nike.com Ecosystem MFP team with responsibilities on building Nike.com ecosystem Financial Topline (CSR/AOP/BUDGET/Monthly Fcst), leveraging product/inventory/pricing management to optimize business result.

· Assortment Planning

· Allocation

Responsibility:

· Long range financial planning, including CSR/AOP/Budget, by aligning cooperate strategy and business growth strategy.

· Seasonal investment guidance from topline expectation and key business assumptions.

· In-season financial forecasting and business trading, by monitoring business trend and driving cross function actions.

· Promotion and pricing strategy alignment

· End to end retail moments planning, including revenue/ margin/inventory planning and product level execution plan.

· Team management and keep improving organization efficiency and balance workforce to support business.

Requirement: · Good computer/Microsoft office skills, especially in Excel/PPT. · Strong communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English. · Strongly analytical skills with excellent Excel skill setup. · Bachelor Degree or above, with 7 years+ retail or sports industry planning related working experience. · Strong logic thinking capabilities with growth mindsets. · Efficient communication/ presentation skills in both Chinese and English. · Strong teamwork and influence skills · People manager experience is a must.
