Merchandising Manager - Kids Performance Footwear (Value Marketplace)

职位描述

Overview:
The role is responsible for setting consumer-centric merchandising strategy for Kids APP in Value Marketplace(Nike Unite/Factory Stores/Digital Rebuy), executing buy plans, and driving end-to-end result to ensure a healthy marketplace. The ideal candidate will have thorough retail knowledge and be passionate about serving consumers with the right product, pushing status quo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set merch strategy to drive the future of Kids Apparel to meet Value marketplace and Kids vision.
- Execute buy plan: adopt, assort, and plan depth for seasonal Kids apparel.
- Drive end-to-end result: read and react to business on a weekly basis, translate insights into actions, to deliver target of revenue/margin/ST/inventory level; partner with cross functions to bring assortment to life.
- Provide product and consumer insights to Global and Geo merch to influence line-plans that meets Value essentials product needs.
- Partner with Haddad on Littles apparel.
- Involve in exploring opportunity in GEL creation and rapid-response to capture market demand.
