- Work closely with global and regional team to develop Brand specific campaign in accordance with Global Brand Strategy
- Develop powerful marketing strategies in line with Brand objectives to drive growth and win share
- Oversee and strategize brand and marketing strategies and programs based on market intelligence including consumer insights, competitive threats and brand issues and opportunities, in compliant to global brand marketing and internal guideline
- Strengthen brand growth and brand image through marketing strategies and programs in driving new innovative product launches and re-promote activities as well as creating brand experience at every point of consumer interaction
- Lead and develop a true omni-channel process with a focus on accelerating ecommerce & digital solutions
- Guide and supervise the team to ensure the best-in-class execution in brand communication and consumer engagement
- Take lead in brand communication with media and the ownership of strong and field-oriented marketing calendar to provide updated and holistic view of all marketing activities at all time and wisely use available resources to achieve business targets
- Develop and review CRM strategies to increase the customer retention and recruitment
- Forecast and recommend pricing review sales/inventory for new products
- Monitor and control expenditure on all pre-designated cost center line
- Monitor sales trends, conduct share analysis and product mix reviews. Control inventory through accurate and responsible forecasting of both new product lines, regular saleable product and non-saleable promotional items
- Collaborate closely with retailers and conduct semi-annual business review meetings to drive door performance
- Ensure VM supports and collaterals are timely executed and efficiently costed
- Connect with other markets to optimize synergy across the region
- Lead, coach and develop the marketing team members

- Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years' retail/luxury category experiences
- Understand luxury and attentive to details
- Well-groomed, articulate, career-minded and a passion for excellence
- Strong social/digital marketing skills
- A good team leader and able to work under matrix reporting lines
- Good business as well as numerical sense and result-oriented
- Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in both English and Chinese
