In our dynamic team, you will lead development of regional product and consumer marketing strategy for Aveda through continued partnerships with Global and local market teams. You will act as one voice integrating different facets of the region for all aspects of the marketing mix and facilitate frequent communication with Global Marketing. In this role you will lead digital and social initiatives to increase brand awareness, engagement and drive transaction. What You Will Achieve Product Marketing: work with markets and international teams to tailor global calendar to APAC calendar, develop regionally relevant initiatives in accordance with approved global promotional guidelines, lead preliminary forecast for innovation collaborating with regional demand planning and align with countries, facilitate APAC pricing harmonization with local markets and global pricing team, collaborate with global team on SKU management initiatives Lead APAC Digital and Social Activation strategies with a goal to become #1 haircare brand in social; drive brand awareness, engagement and transaction across the ecosystem channel, leverage earns and paid influencers to maximize reach and engagement, ensure countries leverage the winning contents by optimum amplification; lead CRM initiatives for the APAC region and develop specific recommendations for countries in collaboration with regional CRM to improve CRM KPIs Work with Corporate and Brand Online teams, as well as local markets to execute effective online calendar to achieve targets Drive Retail/Salon eventing such as new guest recruitment, cultivate guest loyalty, engagement with the brand and increase frequency of visit Lead innovation meetings yearly to present business case to support development of product and service opportunities to Global teams Coach, mentor and develop the team - Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager, and partner with Education team Develop measurement and analysis guidelines, and provide framework for success based on consumer metrics Q
