职位描述

Job Accountabilities:
Overall
Responsible for driving business growth through the retention, guidance and enhancement of national key account as well as the development of kinds of business project. Conduct team to elevate, optimize and strengthen the management of account business for long term proactive development. Manages a team of account sales, business planning, retail planning or mix thereof for a given geography, territory, and account.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy
* Lead and develop account planning to implement the strategic goals set for the business growth.
* Propose commercial scheme, trade terms and customized development plans for account.
* Identify the account strategies in the market and adapt the best strategy for the brand.
* Propose and implement account strategy to ensure client satisfaction, profitability and retention through building ongoing business relationships.
Sales Forecast, Budget and Objectives
* Plan and allocate sales forecast (volume, value, weight etc.) to secure stable, healthy, persistent growth of account.
* Monitor sales targets achievement on monthly bases and propose revision where necessary.
Account Planning & Operation Management
* Analyze current business/account performance and define future business opportunities.
* Leads the process for realistic and accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives and business analysis.
* Regularly review and supervise process of business development & proper action taken.
* Obsess retail KPI and sell-through of key doors in the China marketplace.
* Fleet transformation management as well as door structure improvement rely on dedicated account strategy.
* Plan and set routine/occasional promotion plan with the support of BP/RP base on KAPM future assortment adoption in connection with company guidance.
Team Management
* Provide support and guidance to team member for proper implantation in commercial expertise.
* Leads the team's efforts in the development of account plans, operations and support.
* Plan (target setting base on company development strategy), coordinate and control the performance of team members.
* Build and coordinate a highly professional team.
* Establishes and maintains effective and constructive relationships with internal/external working partners, earning trust & respect through demonstrating a consistent commitment to exceed expectations.
* Keep retention place that coach and manage team member to help them in their personal development.

职位要求

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above.
* Have at least 10 years of sales management experience managing a team of sales, business planning, retail planning in sports marketing or consumer products industry.
* Operations, or support team management, senior key account management strongly preferred.
* Skillful business analysis and planning, logical thinking.
* Effective communicator, familiar with commercial persuasive selling skills.
* Good understanding on category, channel and shoppers.
* Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
* Strong personality & ownership that willing to work under pressure.
