The GPS DIRECTOR GCHQ is accountable for driving workplace operation in an end-to-end approach. This individual has responsibility for delivering NIKE workplace experience and consistent workplace services at NIKE Greater China Headquarter while driving deep alignment with the regional/global workstreams, site-agnostic regional roles, and outsourced partners.
An ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience in workplace strategy, real estate portfolio management, integrated facility operational knowledge and good stakeholder management skillset. Key relationships include collaboration with key internal stakeholders & partners, regional/global workstreams as well as coordination with outsourced partners, to ensure successful implementation and management of the program on a sub-regional level.

Key Responsibilities Setup and oversees daily workplace operations in Nike Greater China Headquarter (SH) Responsible for developing and implementing plans for elevating the workplace experience to meet stakeholders and end-user's requirements within financial budget and targeted timeline Deploys processes and standards according to GPS global guidelines and ensure corporate compliance Provides consistency and visibility to GPS regional/global team via strong interaction and collaboration both internally and externally Develops and implements workplace strategies through productivity, supplier management, quality improvements and cost efficiencies Coordinate budget planning and manage it monthly/quarterly/annual vs actual financial reports; set up short/mid/long-term objectives and goals that align with GPS and Nike Inc. workplace strategies Share best practices, workplace intelligence, and expertise with GPS global peers to continuously evolve the Nike workplace and experience Immerse and enable the partner(s) into Nike's workplace programming Actively engage and collaborate with GPS territory leaderships in setting and delivering against global workplace strategies Activate Environment and Workplace Experience strategies Build and grow meaningful sustainable relationships with external urban city stakeholders including government- and partner organizations to drive active cities strategy Contribute territory insights to Greater China/ASIA Partner Quarterly Business Review processes Drive all efforts to make the workplace sustainable and minimize Nike's environmental impact Lead GPS partner(s) including contract management with well-defined KPI's Lead and coach a team of professionals, provide direction and support to ensure the team is meeting performance expectations as part of Nike's Purpose Education & Experience & Skills Requirement: Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business etc., or equivalent Minimum of 7+ years of directly relevant experience in corporate real estate / facilities experience in workplace strategy, and operations. Demonstrated regional or sub-regional experience in facility operations and projects, and ability to manage regional portfolio of from service office to operational location Experience leading a regional real estate and / or facilities function at multinational enterprises with space management, design, and implementation of flexible office solutions Experience working with and socializing strategies within a complex regionally driven organization with good problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills High profile communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with multiple business partners and relevant stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Knowledge of business strategy and projected business unit requirements for the workplace, infrastructure, real estate property, and facilities, including impact on the portfolio plan Ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams and provide facility management expertise to deliver business results Additional Requirement: Location of Role: Primary Location: Shanghai China Language Requirements: Fluent mandarin and English skills (speaking and writing) Travel Requirements: This position will require up to 20% domestic and international travel
