The nature of the work is focused on building innovative capabilities that will enable us to serve NSO (especially our latest retail concepts - House of Innovation, Nike RISE, Nike LIVE) with differentiated supply chain services and to serve our Omni-Channel consumers with the right speed at the right time
Lead the periodic review of supply chain service KPIs for NSO & follow through any operational challenges
As a member of the NSO leadership team, serve as Subject Matter Expert for supply chain and translate business requirements into actionable tasks for operations teams
Lead the implementation of O2O capabilities relating to NSO & NFS
Lead the implementation of RSC system integration with SIM (Store Inventory Management) systems
Coach Ramp-up stretch assignment athletes
At least 6 years' supply chain experience in a major consumer driven MNC (FMCG, Consumer Durables/Electronics); experience with retail is a plus.
Strong project management skill is a must for this role.
Ability to work across multiple functions and drive action via the consensus and alignment with multiple internal teams.
Ability to clearly articulate goals and objective; work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
Ability to network, influence, and utilize internal and external resources.
Fluent English is a must for the role, both written and spoken.
