WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As our NHBD Account Manager you are the lead of our wholesale account team, a pillar in a X-function offense dedicated to authentically grow GC sneaker culture, energize the market and serve our most discerning lifestyle consumers.
You are an account and marketplace expert responsible for creating marketplace strategies to achieve this purpose and manage a fleet of local and international retailers to deliver on both business and brand objectives that bring these strategies to life. You are the front-line connection to our retail partners, owner of the relationships along with the impact that these accounts bring to the marketplace.
You appreciate youth culture as much as you do building sustainable businesses and value the importance of data while keeping true to the consumer we serve. You are a collaborator, proactive and a go getter that's eager to create the marketplace and partners of the future.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
* Lead and execute the NHBD Account & Marketplace Strategy for the GEO, working closely with the SNKRS + NBHD leads and key authenticator accounts to achieve this.
* Manage and drive partner development across local and global accounts to achieve objectives, including establishing new accounts where critical.
* NBHD seasonal readiness and execution including sell-in, order management and fulfillment.
* Ensure regular seasonal processes are established and optimized to deliver against pre-season planning and in season execution.
* Partnership and communication with global NBHD and local x-functional team
* Lead, coach and inspire team.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will primarily work with the GC SNKRS+NBHD cross-functional team, the global NBHD team and the GC NBHD retail accounts. Where necessary you will connect with supporting functions for expertise.

* Over 5 years of directly relevant experience with retail & Financial Acumen.
* Passion for Youth Culture, Sneakers and streetwear.
* Able to formulate and communicate strategy based on insights and bring them to life.
* Problem solver able to learn and adapt quickly in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts as needed.
* Proactive and collaborative partner with excellent communication (bilingual) and organizational skills.
* Growth Mindset, Learning Agility and the Just Do It spirit
