In this role, you will be responsible for Communication Strategy and Implementation, Content Planning, and Optimizing, Test & Learn (establishing and executing learning agendas).
Success will be measured by your ability to prevent the churn of members, with a focus on retaining high value members.
1. 4-6 years' experience working in digital or event marketing.
2. Strong experience to create physical & digital experience with scale.
3. Requires a strong background in messaging, creative and digital/physical execution.
4. You are a self-starter with the ability to identify, prioritize, and help the team focus on the tasks that drive the most value.
5. You are detail oriented, operate with urgency and are comfortable with a high degree of dynamism in the business.
6. Interpersonal skills to help nurture member relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
7. Proven experience in influencing up, across, and downstream with peers and partners.
8. Ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment.
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation.
