Job Purpose:
Responsible for territory retail operation management, execution & elevation of partner retail excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop territory retail business strategy & program to guide future retail business.
* X-functional alignment with door plan before season kick-off and keep tracking in-season retail performance with prompt action plans.
* Work with territory account partner to integrate implementation seasonal retail plan and deliver 100% achievement result on aligned door plan.
* Collect and feedback territory partner’s retail KPI, marketplace intelligence and consumer insights, especially during retail moments.
