Reporting to the VP/GM, Clinique, Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for developing and deploying all Training Programs on brand essence, product launches, management skills, and virtual consultations. You will be implementing the Global Training strategy with regional adaptations relevant to the specific markets and lead the content creation for regionally and locally relevant digital training content. What You Will Achieve Lead the development for Clinique online training platform, to build more efficient and effective online education content. Nurture and drive APAC Education community utilizing social digital communication tools to nurture open communication culture and proactive sharing of best practices throughout the region. Organize and lead annual APAC Train the Trainer and incentive meetings, drive agenda and content. Evaluate BA performance from markets, gathering data, monitoring KPIs and delivering insights. Partner with Regional Corporate Marketing and Retails teams, as well as local market training teams to evaluate consumer needs and consumer journey, ensuring Clinique brand standards of knowledge, service and performance are maintained.
