Key responsibilities
Responsible for strategic capabilities that support Brand Marketing, with focus on Creative Studio, Marketing Operations as well as Insights team.
Develop and lead the central vision around solutions that simplify the workflow from marketing brief through creative production, design and delivery of digital assets.
Manage a centralized comp product process to support product needs across seeding, sampling and event use.

The key competencies for the role
* Strategic and Analytical mindset: Innovative problem-solving ability, leveraging multiple sources of input.

职位要求

Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in a creative, fast-paced & complex environment, marketing background is preferred.
* Proven success in delivering best in class platforms and support infrastructure to life for creative teams
* Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to challenge the status quo
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
* A track record for leading teams to develop a culture of continuous improvement
* Strategic Enterprise Thinking
* Master's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Fluency in English language
