职位描述

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

HR Business Partnering for the China Product & CCA Organization to ensure that the internal customers receive the expected value from HR department and enable a best-in-class organization with long term success of the business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the trusted business partner for Product & CCA team in HR issues/initiatives, provide HR solution/service base on the business needs, including but not limited to HC planning, team structure, performance evaluation, talent identification, merit increase etc., and assist line managers to improve employees' performance & morale, and to build up short term and long-term talent pipeline.
  • Provide HR advise, expertise and consulting to Brand leaders on their vision, strategies and requirements, including business transformation, organization planning & development, change management, talent planning, etc. and make the most appropriate tool or resource available to meet the business needs.
  • Work closely with Line Management to understand their business needs and translate business priorities into HR initiatives
  • Lead change management upon organization/ team restructuring and process re-engineering
  • Create tailor-made HR interventions to support specific organization and talent needs
  • Act as central contact to drive synergy and sharing among 4 regions, and ensure cross-checking among business teams in each region
  • Take ownership for specific HR projects in support of furthering the business goals and strengthening functional capability; facilitate HR initiatives roll-out and ensure positive impact to business
  • Work closely with CoE teams in accomplishing all kinds of HR activities to attract and develop the right talents for the business.
  • Work with GBS to ensure timely and accurate information maintenance
  • Partners with the Talent team to build internal and external pipelines of high caliber, culturally diverse talent to meet the needs of the business with regards to succession and workforce planning.
  • Support on personnel budgeting process and compensation scheme
  • Supervise and provide job coaching for subordinates
  • Set performance plan with direct reports; review and evaluate performance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Customer oriented, approachable, strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to deal with conflicts and ambiguity
  • Ability to establish a strong rapport and professional credibility in order to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to navigate in a complex organization with multiple key stakeholders in order to achieve results
  • Great organization and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills to all employees including management
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A good team player with supervisory and management skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years' experience in Human Resources in multinationals companies
  • Good understanding of the FMCG/consumer goods industry
  • English and Mandarin fluent (written and oral)
  • Advanced MS Office Skills, SAP experience is a plus
