职位描述

ROLE PURPOSE
l DEVELOP store marketing plans for a portfolio of assigned retail concepts (Nike Live, Kicks Lounge, Hoops, RNCE, Kids) that deliver against expected consumer, brand and business outcomes and KPIs.
l DEVELOP & Orchestrate and drive cross-functional store marketing offense throughout critical gates leading up to in marketplace adopt, marketplace execute and and in season read & react.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
l DEVELOP O2O marketing plans that fuels the flywheel - Shop, Do, Spread & Discover Sport and deliver our member acquisition and engagement KPIs
l DEVELOP & Obsess consumer journeys informed by consumer insights, data and analytics to support business and member outcomes to Make Sport a Daily Habit.
l PARTNER with Global teams & other CDM functions, develop thoughtful O2O journeys across retail concepts leveraging product, service & experience marketing levers.
l PARTNER with Gender and Brand Narrative teams to ensure storytelling assets and deliverables are retail right and meet the needs of the retail concepts.
l PARTNER with Brand Creative to ensure storytelling assets & experiences are created to deliver against the commercial needs of the business.
l Seeks out and applies concept data, insights and learnings to future strategic planning and ensures cross-functional partners have latest learnings to inform plans.
l Coach, lead and develop a diverse team of marketing talent across multiple retail disciplines.
DELIVERABLES / DECISION RIGHTS
l APPLY Data and insights related to consumer journeys, store learnings and other relevant information that will inform future briefs, plans and/or executions
l DEVELOP Holistic marketing strategic frameworks and plans against geo relevant retail concepts
l DEVELOP Marketing investments across assigned concept portfolio to drive marketing plans for stores
l DEVELOP Marketing mix across stores, consumer experiences, service journeys and storytelling of stores
l DEVELOP Storytelling priorities & needs for assigned concepts to deliver against full flywheel - Product, Content, Community and Activity
l DEVELOP Holistic consumer journey (pre-during-post) across product, service & experiences.
