职位描述

Converse Asia is the fastest growing Geography in Converse Inc and one of the fastest growing business units in Nike Inc. This leader will oversee a high performing team of directors across all key finance functions to maximize the Converse brand and business opportunity in the region.
The CFO Asia will be a key partner for the Asia General Manager and the Asia leadership team in developing and executing Geography Strategic Plans & Priority Initiatives. The position will be responsible for leading the AP Finance team of 32 people, ensuring high quality execution financial planning and accounting processes.
Overall description
* Provides leadership direction and management. Responsible for the marketplace across all channels of distribution
* Accountable for the performance and results of the Geography
* Executes functional business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategies
* Partners with senior leadership to own and drive enterprise processes including budgets, forecasts, annual operating plans and strategic reviews
* Provides financial guidance and strategic recommendations to the cross functional leadership team
* Informs Global partners around business performance, strategic shifts, and key capabilities required to drive results
* Advises on the long term strategic plans, where to play choices, and priorities by linking strategic objectives to the financial goals.
* Drives in year portfolio management to achieve growth and investment objectives
* Identifies opportunities/risks to drive trade-off decisions
* Builds strong collaborative business partnership across Sales, Direct, Brand, Merchandising and Operations to ensure alignment between market dynamics/requirements and the company strategies
* Responsible for accurate and timely management financial reporting
* Drives a dynamic talent management process in conjunction with Nike Greater China finance organization

职位要求

* Proven success managing a P&L, leading a team and working directly with senior leadership
* Requires a bachelor's degree and advanced degree preferred
* Minimum of 15 years directly relevant experience; experience should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert
