- Perform master data creation and maintenance
- Perform process audit tasks for small markets and standard processes
- Create and maintain desktop procedures
- Handling of internal and external customer queries
- Train new employees (SAP; TX Shuttle)
- Technical execution on TX shuttle and EDI
- Handling of tickets
