职位描述

CRITERIA & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for support the building of seasonal direction and planning for the brand narrative moments. Works with marketing & gender groups to determine required program support. Be the driver from brief to execution. In moments where it makes sense, will drive and deliver the entire brief and execution. Adapts plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges, identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems. Is accountable for the performance and results of GC brand experience journey.

A. OVERALL

ii. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges

iii. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from manager

iv. Applies management expertise to set direction and resolves problems in own discipline

v. Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems

B. KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Conceive, develop, plan, manage and execute event marketing plans in alignment with brand initiatives. Coordinate resources both internal and external, against plan.
Negotiate contracts with external vendors. Work with product teams to determine required product in support of events. Lead project teams in developing and executing events (internal, external, multi-cultural), including defining resources needed, communicating, driving to a successful event Participate in budget planning, development and preparation; work to get required A/R approved; input to design/marketing briefs.

C. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS i. Typically requires a Bachelor 's Degree ii. Specific Work Experience: minimum 6 years marketing, cooperate events, event management exp. iii. Passion for sports activities. iv. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. v. Well versed at keynote/ppt/excel; is detail oriented, well organized and a team player. vi. Proactive and have a strong sense of curiosity.
