职位描述

Job Title: Director, Social Platforms and Marketing, Consumer Direct Marketing
Overview of the Job
As the leader of the social platforms and marketing team (social team) in Consumer Direct Marketing function (CDM), we are looking for a guardian & trailblazer for GC Nike social marketing strategy, playbook, seasonal execution, and daily operation.
Core responsibilities
Ø Strategy & function expertise
l Maintain, constantly revisit & upgrade the vision, strategy and playbook for GC Nike social marketing, particularly focusing on key GC social platforms such as WeChat, Douyin, Little Red Book, meanwhile piloting new ideas and opportunities within emerging platforms such as Bilibili, based on strong understanding of GC brand marketing strategy and local social landscape & consumer insights
l Lead social team to develop, set and deploy social strategy & playbook for GC marketing campaigns and stories, including, but not limited to seasonal must win brand campaigns, foundational support stories and 365 product marketing, based on great understanding of brief from respective brand management teams
l Identify, strategize and enable innovative initiatives to energize campaign execution as the example & showcase for GC marketing organization, based on deep insights of platform trends
l Smartly setup long term function and short term campaign KPIs
Ø Platform innovation & Insights
l Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of GC social platform insights and trends, facilitate social team to become the "think tank" of the most up-to-date content and platform engagement format and mechanism
l Cultivate and share platform insights, trends and case studies across overall GC marketing organization
l Establish professional networks from external industrial experts to foresee future platform development directions

职位要求

Key Working Partners
l Brand narrative, Athletes marketing, Purpose & Experiences (BAPE) team
l Gender brand managements (Men, Women, Kids) & Jordan Brand team
l Consumer Direct Marketing team (Digital, Store, Member marketing & 365 experiences)
l Key marketing functions (Brand Creative, Integrated Media, etc.)
l Global CDM/CDM social team
Qualifications
Required:
l Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or a business-related discipline
l Minimum 10 years brand marketing related experience
l Experience managing direct reports with a background in fostering continuous innovation, empowerment, and individual development
l Deep knowledge of the local market, industry, especially local social platforms mechanism and trends
Preferred:
l Good brand creative sense and judgement
l Experience working in/for sports industry or digital/social platforms
l Experience working in matrixed, complex organization
l Experience deliver presentation to global and GC LT audience with confidence
