职位描述

Role Purpose:
-DRIVE store brand plan for seasonal stories @all GC retail concepts following overall brand priorities and strategies, to deliver an immersive retail storytelling, in store services and experiences.
Key Accountabilities:
-DRIVE O2O flywheel to activate product journey @retail destinations, create elevated storytelling, experimental experience and services for engaging with targeted consumers.
-DRIVE & OBSESS consumer journey informed by consumer insights, data and analytics to support business and member outcomes to "Make Sport A Daily Habit".
-PARTNER with Brand Creative to ensure storytelling assets & experience are created to deliver against commercial needs of business.
-APPLIES data, insights and learnings to future consumer journeys, plans, briefs.
-ACT as a mentor and peer coach and develop a strong working relationship across teams and functions.
Key Deliverables :
-DRIVE marketing plans that create awareness of seasonal campaign @retail via storytelling, services and experiences, be accountable for traffic driving, engagement rate.
-DRIVE seasonal strategy from plan to execute, ensure the deliverable for product storytelling and assets are well fueled by in-store touch points, as well as empowered by amplification @different channels.
-DRIVE seasonal marketing planner for seasonal stories anchor by retail flows, work close with merch and brand team to ensure seasonal brand strategy effected vs right product allocation featuring business needs.
-DRIVE marketing tactics for quick reaction based on weekly meeting/alignments as well as business needs.

Functional competencies-In store consumer Journey creation and execution through the lens of Retail Marketing.
-Deep understanding of consumers experiences across all channels and platforms.
-The ability to bring NIKE Products to live for consumers in space and make them fall inn love with the brand.
-Consumer industry & insight acumen.
-Storyteller who push boundaries and inspire consumers to chase their potential/ do more sport.
-Budget Management.
