职位描述

HUMAN RESOURCES, GUANGZHOU, ZARA, CHINA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Indentify training needs by working in store and with operation HR.

- Follow the annual training schedule to organize training courses with operation HR and store

- Deliver training course according to company standard materials

- Record training history in database

- Develop and modify training materials/standard/procedure by new updates

- Visit store to drive effective training implementation by trainer and trainee

- Identify potential staff at store

- Coordinate with departments and store to make new employee orientation schedule

- Support new store opening and setup

职位要求

PROFILE:

At least one year and above working experience in ZARA Department Manager/Store Manager positions
