职位描述

Position: Top Luxury Brand Customer Service Team Leader

The team leader will be responsible for helping his team to handle all inquiries from our prestigious beauty luxury brand:

-Answer in an elegant and professional manner to customers phone calls, emails and chats
-Follow up all customer request within specified deadlines to ensure that the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
-Manage its team with daily operations
-Prepare reporting and follow-up KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

职位要求

Education & Experience  
-  Must be native Chinese bilingual in written and spoken Mandarin (no accent) and English
-  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Retail / Customer Service / Sales in luxury / airlines / private bank / hospitality industry. Knowledge of stones or movements or sales experience in a boutique is a plus.
-  Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new applications quickly
-  Able to read and understand a terminal/PC screen and printed reports in English

Requirements
-  Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brands’ history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
-  Demonstrate initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented
-  Cheerful, willing to help, pro-active and positive personality
-  Polite, strong elocution and outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
-  Ability to stay calm and relaxed in tense situations, and try to help the customer instead of wanting to be “right”
