Will be in charge of 8-10 sections in North China and based in Beijing. Goal in transmitting the Group’s operation system in order to achieve the sales and customer satisfaction.
Your main duties will be:
Correctly controlling the product in your section to meet sales objectives assigned by the Direction.
Daily communication with the Commercial Department in the HQ in terms of product, make the orders efficiently and responsible of the stock. Market analysis, know the competitors and products.
Collect valuable information from customer to share with Line Commercial andor Product Manager.
Guarantee the correct image of the store: window, zoning, fitting room, stockroom, replenishment, tills and back office, Image, control the budget hours for the store, time-tables and training.
Monitor that Customer Services provided by the section staff fits the company standards (FR, Zoning, alterations, reservations, transfers, telephone etc.)
Budget control: Control of the cost, productivity, travel expenses, support team, etc.
Expansion plan: Responsible of the set-up of new stores.
