职位描述

- Provide guidance / expertise and participate in project delivery, assist on all project materials, such as proposal and presentation materials, event materials
- Communicate with client during the period of project implement, deal with all related thing on site
- Understand the client's need and generate new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions
- Coordinate the team members to deliver good quality of project services
- Reporting to the engagement managers on a regular basis

岗位职责

- 安排每天的內部和外部郵件投遞
- 负责项目现场与客户的沟通交流,同时有效引导控制客户需求
- 深入了解客户潜在需求,并对可能产生的项目机会进行跟进并反馈
- 与项目其他团队成员共同协作并提供高质量的项目服务
- 定期向项目经理汇报项目进展及项目问题

职位要求

Bachelor or master degree in management、economy、marketing or other appropriate academic major
- A minimum of 3 year of experience in telecom industry or related field, include customer operation、traffic / VAS operation、channel transformation, and so on. Ideally 5 to 6 years' working experience of risk management
- CISA, CPDA or other application-specific qualifications is preferred
- A self- motivated team player with strong communication and analytical skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Travelling within PRC is required

岗位要求

- 本科或硕士学历,管理、经济、市场等相关专业
- 至少3年及以上电信行业规划及运营经验,如客户运营、流量经营、数据业务运营、渠道转型等; 5-6年风险管理经验尤佳
- 拥有CISA、CPDA(数据分析师)证书者优先考虑
- 较强的沟通和分析能力,积极主动的工作态度
- 较好的英语口语和英文写作能力
- 能够适应经常出差
